Its product range includes grid-side energy storage, portable energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, and home energy storage. R&D Strength

The Shengtun (Sichuan) New Materials Research Institute is situated in the D area of West Zhigu, Wuxing 4th Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu. The institute spans across an area of 1100 square meters and has a total investment of approximately 12 million yuan, out of which around 8 million yuan is invested in analysis, research and development, and experimental equipment. Currently, the institute has 60 official employees, all of whom have a bachelor's degree or above. The team includes two doctoral degree holders, ten master's degree holders, and four leaders, namely Zhou Xianjin and Lei Junpeng - nickel and cobalt experts, Jin Xin - zinc and germanium expert, and Su Zhenhua - lithium anode materials expert. These experts lead several experienced research groups that have been working in the production line or R&D center for a long time.

Product Design and Technical Configuration

SFQ's products utilize intelligent battery management technology to combine standard battery modules into complex battery systems that can automatically adapt to different electrical environments ranging from 5 to 1,500V. This enables the products to flexibly meet the energy storage needs of households, from kWh level to MWh level of the grid. The company provides "one-stop" energy storage solutions for households. The battery system features a modularized design, with a module rated voltage of 12 to 96V and a rated capacity of 1.2 to 6.0kWh. This design is suitable for family and small industrial and commercial users' demand for storage capacity.

These systems can automatically adapt to different electrical environments ranging from 5 to 1,500V, and can meet the energy storage needs of households, from kWh level to MWh level for the power grid. The company provides "one-stop" energy storage solutions for households. With over 9 years of experience in battery PACK testing and product design, we have the strength of system integration of the whole industry chain. Our battery clusters are highly safe, with DC multi-level isolation, standardized integration, flexible configuration, and convenient maintenance. We perform single-cell full testing and whole-cell fine control, from material selection to product production, to ensure the high reliability of battery series connection.

Rigorous Inspections on Incoming Materials

SFQ conducts rigorous inspections of incoming materials to ensure the quality of their products. They implement automotive-grade power cell testing standards to ensure the consistency of the capacity, voltage, and internal resistance of grouped cells. These parameters are recorded in the MES system, making the cells traceable and allowing for easy tracking.

SFQ utilizes APQP, DFMEA, and PFMEA research and development methods, along with modular design and intelligent battery management technology, to achieve flexible combinations of standard battery modules into complex battery systems.

SFQ's perfect production management process, coupled with their advanced equipment management system, ensures high-quality products through real-time data collection, monitoring, and analysis of production data, including data on quality, production, equipment, planning, warehousing, and process. Throughout the entire product production process, they synchronize and optimize the process to ensure that it complements the final product.
