On August 25, 2025, SFQ Energy Storage achieved a significant milestone in its development. SFQ (Deyang) Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., its wholly-owned subsidiary, and Sichuan Anxun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. formally signed the Investment Agreement for the New Energy Storage System Manufacturing Project with the Sichuan Luojiang Economic Development Zone. With a total investment of 150 million yuan, the project will be constructed in two phases, and the first phase is expected to be completed and put into production in August 2026. This move signifies that SFQ has stepped onto a new level in building its manufacturing capabilities, further consolidating the company’s supply chain foundation for serving the global energy transition.
The signing ceremony was grandly held at the Administrative Committee of the Economic Development Zone. Yu Guangya, Vice President of Chengtun Group, Liu Dacheng, Chairman of SFQ Energy Storage, Ma Jun, General Manager of SFQ Energy Storage, Su Zhenhua, General Manager of Anxun Energy Storage, and Xu Song, General Manager of Deyang SFQ, jointly witnessed this important moment. Director Zhou of the Administrative Committee of Sichuan Luojiang Economic Development Zone signed the agreement on behalf of the local government.
Director Zhou stated that the project is highly aligned with the national “dual carbon” strategy (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality) and the high-quality development direction of Sichuan Province’s green and low-carbon advantageous industries. The Economic Development Zone will make every effort to provide service guarantees, promote the project to be completed, put into production, and deliver results as soon as possible, and jointly build a new benchmark for regional green manufacturing.
Liu Dacheng, Chairman of SFQ Energy Storage, said at the signing ceremony: “The Luojiang project is a crucial step in SFQ’s global production capacity layout. Once completed, it will become an important link in the company’s global supply chain system.”
